Refund & Returns Policy

CHU;JUN is an independent publisher and bookseller based in Taiwan. We carefully prepare and pack every order, and we appreciate your support for independent publishing.

Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact us by email before sending any items back.

For customers in Taiwan, eligible online purchases may be returned within the statutory seven-day period after receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For international orders, returns and cancellations are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items should be kept in their original condition, including any accompanying packaging and materials, to the extent reasonably possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution in accordance with applicable law.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by the recipient’s unavailability, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period, we can issue a refund for the item(s) once the returned package has been received.

In these circumstances, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any additional return shipping charges actually incurred may also be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

If you would like your order to be shipped again, additional shipping fees will apply.

These conditions do not apply when the return is caused by an error on our part or where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will arrange an appropriate solution, including applicable shipping costs.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges, unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
